The UW Staff Association (UWSA) is an independent organization representing more than 3,000 staff at the University of Waterloo. UWSA ensures that staff have a voice on university committees to influence decisions pertaining to working conditions, benefits, and compensation. They also provide confidential support to members navigating difficult work situations, and bring staff together through social events, workshops, and more.
